Eligibility for Return or Exchange

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer (details will be collected).

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an eligible item (e.g., size issue or design preference), we will try to accommodate, subject to product availability.

  • You will be required to ship the original item to us, and shipping charges for the exchange may apply.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged in select pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers are requested to ship the item to our return address.

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
